Rules & Guidelines Version 1.3

Guidelines

  • The Guild Leader is titled ‘Empress’.

  • The Vice-Leaders are titled ‘Knights’ unless otherwise assigned an alternative.

  • The Guild members are titled ‘Warriors’ unless assigned an alternative.

  • Look out for Guild updates in your mail box and the Guild chat. Rules and Guidelines can be accessed via the Guild announcement at the top of the Guild chat or from the top left button in the Guild room.

  • If you have any issues, questions or suggestions, please feel free to message in the Guild chat or DM the Empress or Knights.

  • Anyone is free to openly discuss strategies or constructively criticise strategies, Guild management and leadership with respect.

  • Some guild members may be minors (13+) so please consider this when discussing in the Guild chat.

Rules

  1. Strictly no Discrimination, Hate or Disrespect towards anyone based on Gender Identity, Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation or Disability etc.

  2. This will result in a permanent ban from the Guild upon review from Guild management. Our Guild is a space where everyone should feel safe to be themselves. If you see or experience any discrimination, please don't be afraid to report this to the Empress or Knights.

  3. No discussing anything sexual in the Guild chat, this game is a 13+ and some members may be minors.

  4. All members must have a minimum of 200 activeness by the end of each week (Sunday GMT), If you are taking a break, please DM the Empress or any Knight to request exemption.

  5. 15% of extra Guild chests will be distributed between the Empress and Knights as a bonus for Guild management, the rest will be added to the regular pool of chest distribution based on activeness.

Respond with ‘✌️’ if you are a new Warrior and have read the rules.

Knight's Rules and Responsibilities

  • Have good availability and responsiveness.

  • Before actioning any tasks, run them by the Empress first unless previously requested to do so.

  • Removing members is strictly to be done by the Empress.

  • Are willing to discuss Guild changes, updates and issues with the Empress and other Knights.

  • Are friendly and able to answer Guild members' questions and/or pass them onto Empress.

  • Are willing to take responsibility to lead Guild events, such as Clashfronts, when the Empress is unable to and open to discussing strategies.

  • Are willing to complete various Guild management tasks when asked to by the Empress.
